Our Mission

Jefferson Consulting is dedicated to the development of collaborative teamwork through customized workshops that address specific needs of client teams.  Our engaging workshops address the root cause issues that interfere with getting work done in high-tech global environments.  Customized tools and techniques are provided, but it’s the interactive activities, dialog and resulting team agreements that our clients keep talking about.  Our goal is to transform working relationships leading to effective decision making with less conflict and more commitment to follow-through.

Jeff Richardson is the founder and Chief Transformational Engineer of Jefferson Consulting.  Jeff has extensive experience leading strategic change and product development start-up programs in Fortune 100 settings.  Prior to starting his consulting practice, he consulted with over 35 product teams at Texas Instruments and Raytheon to develop start-up plans, resulting in a 40% increase in proposal win rate.  He is currently leading collaborative efforts to develop several leadership programs for the Stanford Advanced Project Management program, including Virtual Team Leadership and Leadership for Strategic Execution.  His project client portfolio consists of university programs (Stanford, Boston University, and UC Santa Cruz – Extension) as well as corporations (Symantec, Intuit, Texas Instruments, Phillips Semiconductor, ArrayComm, Siemens Medical, Raytheon, Virage Logic, Symbol Technology, MacroVision, Trinity College and others).
