Iterative Team Development (ITD) Programs
Transforming teams from the inside out! This interactive
program forces teams to look at themselves in the mirror and make new
agreements that will fundamentally change how they work
together. Our trained facilitators guide the team through
a series of outdoor challenges that highlight specific issues
hindering team performance. Our unique follow-on sessions ensure
the transfer of lessons learned into new team agreements and tracked
through performance based metrics.

TeamCoach
A unique application of coaching practices to the team
environment. Weekly coaching sessions are utilized by the team
to address group, personal and interpersonal issues. The team
leader drives the process and is the ultimate beneficiary of this
leading edge approach to maximizing team performance.
Consulting Services
Jefferson Consulting is able to provide additional value to our
clients in the way of large scale consulting services through our
partner associations. Based on the project, we use our intimate
understanding of the client to recommend the right consultants and
then help by managing the team level interaction that are critical to
make the project successful.
